Mercy employs IDIOTS. Took my boyfriend in with a sudden and severe sore throat and fever. He could barely swallow his own spit. They basically accused him of abusing drugs (he had lines on his back from laying on the couch all day and they accused him of having a fentanyl pain patch on).when swabbing his throat the lady kept saying "oh i cant get it i cant get it" causing him to gag . They then told him to take honey for his sore throat (even though we've already tried honey, fisherman's friend lozenges, Cepacol, and naproxen). These people are nimrods. MERCY PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON YOUR PATIENTS AND HIRE HUMAN BEINGS WHO KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING!!
Day one of our vacation we had to stop here to have something checked for our young son. The staff here was so kind and helpful. Very clean facility. Easy parking. Thank you Mercy and staff! Back to vacation!
I took my 94 yr. old mother to your emergency quick care on Thanksgiving day at 501 pm. Apparently your services ended at 500pm. The woman was in pain but this did not seem to matter. I was told we could not be taken care of. Your attendant hollered to me through the window we are closed. What a caring facility. How dissapointed I am in this place. We had to go to Brighton Medical. I certainly will think twice before coming here again. Sandra Smith
