I am very happy with my experience with LP flooring. Craig and his crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. All I had to do was choose my new vinyl kitchen floor. They arrived when they agreed to, worked with an appliance tech to disconnect and re-connect my gas stove, and did a great job putting down a good base and then the floor and they even shaved down my cellar door a bit so it wouldn't drag on the new floor. It looks absolutely beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone.
Have never had such a possitive experience purchasing a major appliance. Last year our 8 yr old refrigerator died (never convenient) and the owner at L P could not have been more helpful getting us a new unit asap. Though not local to Harrison, ME, they did not balk at delivering out our way. So glad the local repair tech recommended LP to us. Thanks again to the whole crew at LP.
Got a brand new Summit gas stove 4 months ago with a defective thermal coupler, it's under warranty and the stove is still not fixed!! This is the WORST company, if you use them don't be surprised when you get crappy service, crappy customer service, and have to wait months and months for them to do the most simplest of repairs!!
