Update: Fixed the issue fast and apologized but still frustrating that I had to find the issue
I never authorized an auto withdrawal of my debit card yet they proceeded to do it anyways and on top of that were charging me twice for each month! This went on for three months before i noticed it in my bank statements. Very shady.

Very convenient central location for Westbrook resident's,
if my awesome trainer didn't work out of this gym I would never go here. it's under new ownership and not run as well as before. it seems equipment takes forever to be fixed or replaced. members seem to be blamed for normal gym wear and tear. even replacing batteries (wall clocks, scale, rowing machine) isn't a priority. a rubber floor was put in one room and the smell is so bad (burning tires) it hurts my throat to work out in there. it needs major ventilation - might be a carcinogen. Cardio room carpet in need of a shampoo. I rated it a 2 because of location but there are other gyms close by that I would go to first if purchasing a membership. imo.
All ages, and types work out here to get to their goals or maintain.
