O. I always like the clothing. The staff are usually very nice and very helpful - except at Customer Service!!! I try to avoid needing any as I've not had good interactions. Not sure why that is, but I never fail to get someone who dislikes her job or/and could care less about helping!? This is just my local store I'm speaking of ... I also think they have the Worst online site in the retail world. But good prices and nice quality clothes keep me a customer.
I all ways find everything I need at kohl's never disappointed.

I find Kohl's a tough store to review. Overall, the staff are decent, friendly, and helpful. The store is clean, and things are easy to find. The prices are okay, as long as you take maximum advantage of their deals. To pay a good price, you have to shop during sales, bring a fistful of coupons, and use your Kohl's cash and Kohl's card. They make you jump through so many hoops just to get their "low prices," that it's often simply not worth it to shop there.
As long as you take advantage of the deals and save up Kohl's cash & use your Kohl's charge with the extra %15-%30 off of that,.. then you should get a great deal! I love the wide array of clothing, the selection is awesome!
