Quick, cheap, and a easy solution to car trouble!
I've been going here since Winter of 2015. They've always been honest, straight forward and helpful. They've worked hard for me at reasonable rates without sacrificing quality work. The only drawback as a consumer is that they are often busy, so call ahead.
They have done work for me in the past 2 years. Great service ! Nice place with all the staff and mechanics working there.
I've gone here twice. The first to get an alternator installed which was priced very well and the second to fix issues to pass inspection. Here's the issue: when told over the phone what the issues were, I told them to go ahead. When I arrived the next day to pay for the repairs, I was told that while they would pass it, that the car now had another repair that needed to be done ASAP and it would cost just as much as the repairs I just had done. If I was informed of this over the phone, I would have scrapped the car and looked into leasing a new car. Now I have a car that'll be dead in another week or two and no money to even lease for another month.
We called and got in the same day for an inspection. Found out we needed brakes done and price was less than the mechanic we have used in the past. Service was done the next day and when we went to pick up the car that evening they had forgotten to put on the inspection sticker. We called and left a message (on a Friday night) and Bernie called us back the next day and told us our car was ready (he had gone and put a sticker on, on a Saturday!). We are now in the process of buying a new used car and I called to see if they do pre-inspections and what the cost is - Yes, they do and there is NO CHARGE! After these two experiences, we will never take our cars anywhere else. The staff are friendly and professional and the service is top notch!!
