Really great customer service. I wish they provided the ez pass option for tolls. I will use this Enterprise again and would recommend.
Returning the rental, I sat due to breathing issues with my oxygen. Was passed by, 5 customers that walked in and were helped first.
Was told 3 different stories as to why my card was charged almost an additional $100 after I called to confirm the total and was even told that the car was great during its return inspection. Feeling totally taken advantage of, will be considering alternative options for next week's trip and others to come before returning to enterprise. Any young drivers just coming of age to rent a vehicle, beware and educate yourself on the policies before handing your card over. So disappointing after the great service upon pick up of the rented vehicle. Manager unwilling to provide any sort of resolution to the matter other than "this is common-it is what it is"

I had no issues! Used priceline to book reservation, no problem picking it up. I returned the car early on a closed day and forgot to refill the remaining 1/4 of the tank of gas. Was nervous about how much I would be charged for this so I called the following day, they needed up not charging me at all!
